Home checks

A closer look at your parents' home, one step at a time

Quick checks show where attention is needed at home. Deep scans look more closely at one area and turn findings into concrete steps. You can then follow those steps in the Family Panel.

Suggested order

  1. Look at the home

Use the Home Check-up for short questions about each area of the home.

  2. Look at daily life

Use the Quick Falls Check to go over daily habits and how your parent moves around.

  3. Go deeper where needed

Use a deep scan, such as Bathroom or Lighting, to look at one area in detail.

  4. Follow the plan

Add the findings and steps to the Family Panel and follow them there.

Each check can also be done on its own. No sign-up needed.

Quick Falls Check

After the home, it looks at the person living there: do daily habits, the way they move and things you can observe in daily life add to the risk of a fall? It is not a clinical assessment.

A bathroom review from images

Instead of answering each question, you can also do the Bathroom deep scan with images. AI-supported image analysis reviews what can be seen in the images; our own assessment rules decide which points need attention and which types of solution fit.

What cannot be seen in an image is not guessed; it is marked as unclear. Four daily-habit questions that images cannot answer are asked separately.
